Position: Store sales staff (part-time & full-time)
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide a consistently adequate shopping experience for customers:
- Greet customers and provide genuine hospitality.
- Perform explicit sales procedure: consultation, billing, product wrapping and after-sales support
- Support online and wholesales' orders preparation
Maintain outstanding store condition:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Re-fill products from the stockroom to display
- Manage availability and in-and-out numbers of merchandise and stationery
- Preserve best products' quality
2. REQUIREMENTS
- English fluency and communication skills
- Carefulness, agility and moderate physical health (as ceramics and other homewares can be fragile and heavy when handled)
- Precision when handling numbers
- Able to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week in between amai stores in District 1 and District 2, HCMC. (1st shift: from 8:30AM to 3:00PM and 2nd shift: from 2:30PM to 9:00PM)
- Familiarity with time-management practice is an advantage
