If you have any feedback or complaints, please contact us within 48 hours after the order is delivered.
We will process complaints about broken orders due to shipping if you have a video of the opening process.
We don't accept returns and only allow exchanges within 48 hours of the order's successful delivery in the following circumstances:
- If you want to change the color or size of the product, the exchange order cannot be less than the original order. For orders in Ho Chi Minh City, the exchange duration is 1-2 days, while suburban and overseas orders take 4-10 days. The customer will bear the expense of the swap.
- If you want to exchange the product because we delivered the incorrect product or the product is defective, the exchange duration is 1-2 days for orders inside HCMC and 4-10 days for suburban and overseas purchases.
