For in-store pickup orders
When picking up your order, please show our store staff the information about your order, including your name, phone number, and order confirmation email. After checking and verifying, our staff will give you your order.
If another person comes to the store to pick up the order, please include the recipient's name and phone number in the Order Notes section and send the recipient an order confirmation email for information verification.
For orders delivered within Ho Chi Minh City
We use Grab Same Day service or Grab Instant service and you will receive your package within 24 hours after being placed.
Shipping fees for orders in Vietnam will be displayed on our checkout page and calculated for each order placed.
For orders delivered to other provinces of Vietnam
We use Viettel Post delivery service and you will receive the package within 3-5 working days.

For international orders
International orders will be processed within 24 hours after being placed and delivered to your address within 12 business days.
Shipping fees will be confirmed later in the Order Confirmation email.
